Is recall really unlimited?

Yes. You are not charged for asking questions or receiving cited answers. Plans meter the memory you add, not the number of times your team recalls it.

Can we buy more memory without changing plans?

Yes. One-time memory packs can be added for imports, launches, migrations, or large backfills. Packs stack on top of the workspace plan.

Do you charge per seat?

No. Personal is for one person. Team is a flat workspace plan up to the listed member limit, so the bill does not grow every time another teammate needs cited recall.

What is the difference between monthly and yearly?

Monthly bills each month. Yearly bills once for the year and shows the discounted annual amount when the toggle is selected. You can change plans as the workspace changes.

Do trials require a card?

The trial is designed for real workspace setup, so checkout starts the trial through billing. Nothing is charged until the trial period ends.

What happens if we hit the memory limit?

Existing recall keeps working. To add more memory, upgrade the workspace plan or buy a one-time memory pack for the extra import volume.

When should we talk about Enterprise?
