PLAN COMPARISON

The split is capacity. The memory layer stays the same.

Personal and Team mainly differ by how many people can use the workspace and how much memory you can add each month. Cited recall, MCP access, source trails, current facts, and permission scope are core to every plan.

HOW BILLING WORKS

Pay for what you add, not what the team asks.

The pricing model follows the product model. Memory is durable company context that needs to be stored with source, version, and scope. Recall is the everyday act of asking for it.

01 / Memory Memory is what you store. Decisions, notes, tickets, docs, and handoffs become memory. That is the part that scales with plan limits and packs.
02 / Recall Asking stays unlimited. Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, and MCP clients can keep asking cited questions. Recall is not metered on any plan.
03 / Packs Large imports can use packs. Backfills, launches, and migrations do not need a plan change. Add one-time memory packs when a workspace needs extra room.

Plans are flat per workspace. Memory packs are for extra import room, not for unlocking recall.

PRICING FAQ

The billing questions worth answering upfront.

Memory, recall, packs, plans, trials, and when Enterprise starts to make sense.

A memory is company context you add for later recall: a decision, note, ticket, doc section, handoff, or source-backed fact. Recall is asking questions against that memory, and recall is unlimited.

Start with one memory

Give every AI the same trusted memory.

Start the trial, connect one source, and ask the next question from Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, or any MCP client. If MemoryCrow cannot prove it, it will not guess.

  • 7-day trial
